Losos je riba blagog ukusa sa bogatim, blago masnim ukusom. Osim što je preukusan, losos je veoma zdrav i obiluje vitaminima.
Uz kombinaciju sa povrćem, dobićete savršeno nutritivno izbalansirani ručak ili večeru.
Sastojci:
- Parče lososa (200gr)
- Plavi patlidžan
- Tikvica
- Paprika (zelena, crvena)
- So
- Biber
- Maslinovo ulje
- Limun
Priprema:
Losos marinirajte u maslinovom ulju, sa solju i biberom. Grilujte ga 4 minute sa jedne i 3 minute sa druge strane na 240°C. Poželjno je da se ne prepeče (tada postaje bele boje) kako bi ukus bio potpuniji, te bi trebao da zadrži blago rozu boju prilikom grilovanja.
Isecite povrće po želji, začinite na isti način i poređajte pored lososa. Vreme grilovanja patlidžana je oko 7 min, dok tikvicu i papriku treba grilovati oko 10 min ukupno.
Na kraju kada servirate jelo, iscedite 2-3 kapi limuna i pospijte krupnu morsku so od gore. Prijatno!
