Ovo jelo se savršeno slaže uz hrskavi krompir iz rerne ili pomfrit.
Sastojci:
- 250gr mlevenog junećeg mesa
- Kriška pardajza
- Čedar sir
- List zelene salate
- BBQ sos
- Zemička
Priprema:
Oblikovanu juneću pljeskavicu pecite 6 minuta sa jedne i 5 minuta sa druge strane na 210°C. Potom stavite na kraju na ispečenu stanu pljeskavice list-dva čedar sira, kako bi se istopio. Zemičku prepolovite i ugrejte blago na EcoGrill roštilju sa unutrašnje strane, par minuta. Na zemičku stavite BBQ sos, iseckanu zelenu salatu, pljeskavicu sa sirom i za kraj krišku paradjza. Prijatno!
