HEATERS ARE BUILT IN PROCHROME PIPES

There is one independent heater in each stainless steel pipe. Depending on the model, the grills have 18, 36 or 54 independent heaters – 18 for each of the heating zones.

HEALTHY FOOD PREPARATION - GRILLING, NOT FRIING

Since the surface of the grill is not flat, meat, fish or vegetables are grilled on the grill and all unwanted fats go through the grill into the drawer for collecting fat.

FINE CONTROL OF HEATING SURFACE TEMPERATURE

Built-in thermostats enable better temperature control of heating surfaces as well as a quick response to the addition of raw (or frozen) food. This is especially important in places where it is important to maintain the consistency of the final product.

MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY

Food grilling is done with minimal energy consumption thanks to the fact that the heaters are placed just below the food. This reduces energy loss to a minimum so that a high grilling effect is achieved while at the same time high energy efficiency.

ONE, TWO OR THREE INDEPENDENT HEATING SURFACES

The temperature of each of the heating surfaces is controlled by a suitable thermostat. This enables the simultaneous baking of several types of food whose preparation involves grilling at different temperatures without transferring flavors.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

During grilling, the grill is cleaned of food residues with stainless steel utensils from the package – cleaners 1 and 2. Cleaner 1 is intended for the upper and cleaner 2 for the lower part of the grill grate.

After use, the grill is cleaned by adjusting the temperature to 80 ° C and using a cleaner 3. With the correct maintenance procedure, the grill will remain clean and functional for a long period of time.
